Handling and Storage

DO NOT SHAKE. Our products are alive and can be highly active. DO NOT SHAKE

During transport our bottles are sealed, not allowing any off gassing which can result in carbonation effect. 

When you get your items home they may be quite bulged, this is a sign they are alive and is a good thing. It is recommended to allow the bottle to settle and open slowly as soon as possible over a bowl to catch any access that may overflow. If this occurs allow the liquid to settle and pour slowly back into the bottle using a funnel.

Our products must be stored in a cool dark place out of direct sunlight, refrigeration is best.

It is important to check and release any built up pressure often, or leave the cap slightly open to allow off gassing. 

Keep out of reach of children and pets.

 

Compost and EWC

A good quality Compost and Earth Worm Castings is essential to the success for KNF gardening. You can not garden on microbes alone. Regular applications of high grade compost and or Earth Worm Castings will add organic material and diversity to your soil.

Our products help to inoculate and break down this organic matter into plant available nutrition. 

 

IMO Indigenous Micro Organisms

IMO is extremely important in KNF gardening. We recommend  collection your own IMO from your area to work in your conditions. Microbes from outside your area will die off quickly and require constant re application whereas native microbes will thrive, multiply and effect other neutral microbes to be more beneficial. 

IMO is used in Soil prep along with the Soil Formula. Can also be used as a top dress to repair damage after disturbance.

IMO - Indigenous Micro Organisms, Native "Good Guy" microbes local to your immediate area.

LAB - Lactic Acid Bacteria, Beneficial bacteria help maintain and restore balance to soil.

FPJ - Fermented Plant Juice (or Fruit Juice), Hormones and enzymes that mimic plant exudates providing nutrition. 3 main recipes are Vegetative FPJ, Crossover FPJ and Flowering FFJ

FV/LV - Living Vinegar or Fruit Vinegar, Sterilize and prevent bacterial growth. Can lower PH flipping polarity of cells from acidic to alkaline .

OHN - Oriental Herbal Nutrient, Provides pathogenic immunity and pest resistance.

WCP - Water Soluble Calcium Phosphate, Promotes good structure strong roots and stalks. 

FAA - Fish Amino Acids, Rich in nutrients and amino acids that encourage the reproduction of DNA. Supports rapid, vigorous vegetative growth. Replaces all other Nitrogen inputs

WCA - Water Soluble Calcium, Aid in reproduction used in the ripening phase. Help to convert carbohydrates into available sugars.

Sea Water - Ocean water or sea salt, Minerals and elements deposited into the soil through evaporation. Adds texture and air space to soil. Use during ripening to sweeten fruits.
